Hippie drum circle, art show and TOGA!
This happened a while ago, but I might as well throw it up here.

I went to this really cool art show and what's better is that wine and sandwitches were provided, which was really great. I really loved the $2 wine. And the art was okay too.

This was my favorite piece from the show:

After drinking several glasses of wine at the show. Myself and fellow esteemed colleagues took a little hike down to Black's beach for this awesome hippy drum circle that meets every full moon which was awesome. I even had a great chat about art with semi-man-hating chick (who, I know, was somehow won over by my amazing charm, even though I suspect that she didn't like me. I kinda didn't like her very much, but I'm fond of her). She told me about an art project she was thinking about doing. She asked for an opinion. I offered one. She was displeased and ask me about any projects or ideas I had planned. I talked about my dildo bike idea and she immediately claimed it was sexist. Hah : -). Ah well. Can't win em all.

More recently I went to this Toga party, which was pretty great. It was my first Toga party and it did live up to the expectations. I must say I also exercised some smack down with my underhanded python beer pong throw.

Paint me a picture.

First, you start with weed and alcohol.

Then you progress to the canvas and the paint.

Then a bit of inspiration.

"sB" is for deBauchery.

I went up to Santa Barbara with Michelle for the weekend and stayed with one of her friends and also hung out with my other life-long amazing friend Mark there. It was a ridiculous time of hedonism, debauchery, chilling at the beach, dance parties, drinking and nakedness. Pictures follow. You'll understand.

Half naked trip to FreeB!rds

This weekemd was all about getting naked. In this case, Mark, Michelle, (Sara not pictured) and myself made a trip to FreeB!rds, this amazing burritto joint there. Mark and I decided to go only in our underwear. When we arrive multiple gay guys were hitting on us and we just told them that we'd lost a bet and so had to come here half naked. Other people wanted to know what the bet was and we told them we were so trashed we had forgot (in reality we had just decided spontaneously to roll half-naked; santa barbara just has this effect on one I guess.

Stripping, drinking barrel of monkeys.

My friend Mark inhereted a Barrell of Monkeys (a childrens game) and decided to turn it into a stripping / drinking game, which was awesome. I mentioned that a lot of nakedness went on this weekend no? Cool. Here the game is being carried out by Andy and Sara.

Visit to da beach.

We made a little visit to the beach (multiple visits, infact). Pictured here: Tommy and Michelle.

An army of soldiers.

We made soooo many Jello shots, it was ridiculous. Here the shots are cooling in the freezer and consuming most of the space.

Big black dildo, I adore thee.

This weekend was also the weekend of the Big Black Dildo. Sara found this dildo somewhere in her room and it was apparently given to her as a gift and I discovered just exactly how satisfying it is to smack Michelle and others in the face with a Big Black Dildo. It makes this amazing wet smacking sound like how it sounds when you drop a baby ;-). Pictured is Sara stealing Michelle from me and fending me off with the BBD.

The week of the dance party.

This weekend was also all about the dance party. We had so many dance parties. This is at Antonia's house and then later we had another at Sara's house (the best one which turned into a ridiculous collection of hedonism, debauchery and 3some propositions. It was a good time.

How to summarize my trip?

This photo basically says it all. This was my trip to Santa Barbara. Group showers abound my friend.

I got married.

The Bride.
Haha. Just kidding. That is the bride on the right though. We do match. I went to a wedding on Saturday. It was pretty cool. I've never drank so much at a wedding. Open bar? How could I not get a martini and slosh it around while talking to people and pretending to be high class.

Real groom + bride.
There's the real groom and bride, my friends since highschool: Jacob and Sarah Munoz. I was actually with them on their FIRST date. Yeah, that's right. I bring people together. This is actually like the second couple that I've been with on the first date that's gotten married (I'm pretty amazing aren't I?).

I love wine.
That's how much wine I drank. I love wine. I really do. In the background Kate and Greg (best man and Kate's man also). I think Kate passed out shortly after this photo.

Who's going to police the police?
I don't know. But, I know who's going to photograph the photographer. Me. Sneaky photographer.

Hemet kids.
Kevin doesn't love wine more than me, but he may well love to drink more than me. Kevin drank so much. Look how happy he is. I don't know who that weird girl to his right is .. oh yeah .. Tessa, another girl from the Hemet crew.

Her browness.
Here's a picture of me and Harjinder (she actually used to have people call her Becky in highschool, till she rediscovered her 2nd generation Punjabi roots in college). Haha. She loves when you bring that up too. She's still Becky to me though. Recent UCSD grad, by the way.

Sirish and Sasank
I had some good crazy times with these fellows in Highschool.

Strip that bride.
Sometimes you wonder where these crazy traditions come from. Take the garder off your bride's leg and throw it to the eager bachelors in the audience? If we catch it we get something special? Do I get a cookie for that? I want a cookie. Where's my cookie? Sounds more like a tease to me, you cookie tease you.

Working for The Man
Well basically, I'm still working for the man. The whole having to get up early thing has dampered my summer fun a little bit, but life is still treating me alright.

I should detail some of the other interns I see on a day to day basis.

Weird asian guy -- I see this guy every day. He works at the lab bench right next to mine and his cubicle is also right next to mine. He doesn't say a damn word all day long and he's pretty boring. Occasionally though, he'll come over and annoy me, while I'm on a critical step of an experiment, and just long enough so I lose track of which of 60 tubes I was working with.

Indian model girl -- I see this girl periodically. She works in the same lab that I do, but over in the corner. I'm not sure why they put her in the corner. I call her Indian model girl because she's indian and she always wears high heels and has the whole model walk going on. She must love her heels, especially to be standing around in the lab all day long with those fuckers on and I don't imagine chemicals treat them too nicely. I do give her the nod for representing in the lab though.

Carla -- She's not an intern, but Carla is amazing. Carla is like 40 and married, but we relate well because she went to SDSU and did a bunch of crazy stuff when she was younger. She also likes to talk shit and has a great way of doing it.

Anyway, that's the minutia of my life.
